Delete your Tadween account

1. Delete it yourself

In the Tadween app for Android or iPhone:

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm with Delete my account. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

On the web:

• Sign in at studio.tadween.app and open Settings.
• In the Danger zone section, choose Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Deleting your account also cancels the subscriptions of the workspaces you own. It does not by itself refund any payment; if you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, request it before you delete your account.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email once it is done.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted:

• your workspaces, connected channels and posts are removed and can no longer be accessed;
• the access tokens of your connected channels are destroyed;
• your user record is de-identified.

4. What we keep

Some content may remain in our database and backups for a limited time. To have it permanently erased, email us at [email protected] and we will erase it.

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
